Financial Aid
Financial aid is available to eligible families with students in Kindergarten - 12th grade after acceptance and enrollment at Bayshore Christian School. Current BCS families may apply after completing re-enrollment for the upcoming school year.
Not sure if you qualify? We encourage you to apply. Financial aid is need-based, funding is limited, and awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Families must reapply each school year. Below are the steps on how to apply:
Step 1: APPLY to BCS or complete your child's RE-ENROLLMENT for the upcoming school year.
Step 2: Complete the financial aid application.
The financial aid application has three parts. Your application will not be reviewed until all three parts have been completed.
- Please review our Financial Aid Policies before applying.
- Your financial aid application will request documents such as W-2s and tax returns from the previous calendar year. Have those ready before you apply.
- Additionally, you will upload a Family Letter which will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Team. Please use this template when writing your family letter. You will upload it as a PDF during the application process.
Step 3: FACTS Grant & Aid will review your application and provide their report.
The report will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Team at Bayshore Christian School, which may grant financial aid for a greater, lesser, or exact amount as recommended by FACTS and determined by the school administration. New applicants must receive an Offer of Acceptance before they can receive a financial aid award amount.

Scholarships
Bayshore Christian School currently accepts the following scholarships offered through the State of Florida:
- Florida Tax Credit (FTC) income-based scholarship
- Family Empowerment Scholarship - Educational Options (FES-EO)
- Family Empowerment Scholarship for Children with Unique Abilities (FES-UA)
Bayshore Christian School partners with Step Up For Students, a non-profit third party organization that works with the State to handle scholarship applications and administration. You can view scholarship details on the Step Up For Students website.
The 2026/2027 award amounts have been published. FTC/FES-EO/HOPE and FES-UA award amounts are listed by grade level and county of residence.
IMPORTANT:
- The Step Up for Students Scholarship does not cover all tuition and fees. The amount of the scholarship is applied to tuition only and all fees are still due from families. Please review our Tuition and Fees so you can financially plan for the upcoming school year. It is your responsibility to know how much your portion will be.
- Families utilizing a Step Up For Students scholarship are encouraged to begin the admissions process as early as possible. Please note that all applicants must complete the school's full admissions process, including the submission of required documents, testing (if applicable), interviews, and admissions review. Admissions timelines cannot be expedited in order to meet scholarship deadlines.
