Already have an application account? CLICK HERE TO LOG IN.
Complete the online application located here. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is due at the time of submission. Please note that we accept applications for Seniors who are moving into the Tampa Bay area prior to the beginning of the school year. Other 12th grade applications need prior approval from Administration.
  1. BCS requires academic records in order to process most applications. You can upload report cards and standardized testing during the application process. This is ideal, as it can save time in the application process. Additionally, a request for records will be sent to your child's current school upon submission of the online application. (If your child's current school requires a hard copy of the records request form, which is sometimes the case with public schools, please send this signed form to your child's current school.)
  2. Teacher Recommendations (sent electronically with submission of online application)
  3. Principal/Counselor Recommendation (sent electronically with submission of online application)
Please note: these items are required for students to be considered for admission to BCS. Please use your application account to review the items that have been submitted so you can follow up with your child's current school.
Applicants for K4 through 5th grade will complete a learning inventory on campus. Details for scheduling the testing will be provided at the appropriate time during the admissions process. The cost of the testing is $110 and is due at the time of testing.

All applicants for grades 6 - 12 will complete the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) during the admissions process. Instructions for scheduling the testing will be sent at the appropriate time during the application process. There is a $200.00 test registration fee per student. You can learn more about the ISEE here. Additionally, THIS BROCHURE provides a great overview of the test details, from preparing to receiving your scores. Specific ISEE preparation information can be found here

All fees associated with the admissions process are non-refundable and are listed here

All applicants in grades 3 - 8 are required to complete a shadow morning. Shadow opportunities may be required from other applicants at the request of the Admissions Committee. These appointments will be scheduled individually.

The family/student interview will be scheduled once the application file is complete and testing results have been reviewed, if applicable.

Our Admissions Committee will meet to determine whether an Offer of Acceptance is made. You will be notified of their decision via email.

If an Offer of Acceptance is made, you will complete payment of the non-refundable $200 New Student Acceptance Fee via our Shopping Cart. Once the fee is paid, instructions for completing our online enrollment process will be emailed to you.
Following the instructions in our email, you will create a FACTS Family Portal account and complete the online enrollment forms.
Review our New Families page for information about supplies, Before and After School Care enrollment, etc. Keep checking back for updates!

After the enrollment forms are complete, you are part of the Faith Warrior Family for the upcoming school year. Congratulations and welcome!

Students With Accommodations:

At Bayshore Christian School, we are equipped to provide the accommodations listed below. While we take pride in our ability to maximize a student’s potential, we are not equipped to make modifications to our curriculum, and we do not have the personnel or equipment to make changes to our programs. Given the size of our school and our available resources, we may not be able to provide all requested accommodations.

Bayshore Christian School considers the following accommodations as reasonable, and they may be granted to students who have satisfied the School’s established approval process.
  • Extended time on exams and other high-stakes tests
  • Preferential seating or being seated close to the teacher
  • Small class sizes

In general, accommodations require a recommendation from a medical doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist. Bayshore Christian School does not accept IEPs or 504 plans as the only documentation for accommodations.

Accommodations for standardized tests (SAT, SAT Subject Tests, AP, and PSAT) are awarded only by the College Board and by ACT. Bayshore Christian School cannot grant accommodations for these tests; they must be applied for independently.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Bayshore Christian School admits students of any race, sex, color, nationality, or ethnic origin and guarantees all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in administration, educational policies, athletics, and other school-administered programs.
