Bayshore Christian School is a college preparatory program for students two years old through 12th grade. Our faculty and staff have all professed a personal faith in Christ and are active members of local evangelical churches. We encourage applicants who are committed to academic excellence in a Christ-centered community and who support our school's mission to apply.

Tennis Coach

We are seeking passionate candidates for a committed Tennis Coach to help us start our tennis program. We have great interest from the middle school to the high school level and are unsure how many teams we will be offering. We are looking for someone who loves teaching the game.


Varsity Tennis Coach

Direct Supervision: Head of School and Athletic Director

Scope of Work: 
Stipend-Only position
Follow the vision and mission of Bayshore Christian School
Plan, organize, and direct Bayshore Christian School’s golf program
Model good sportsmanship behavior and maintain appropriate conduct towards the opposing team, fans, parents, officials, spectators and the community.

Professional Qualifications:
Familiar with FHSAA and NFHS standards and expectations
Preferred minimum three years coaching experience at the high school level
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred degree in education but not required.
Professional Behavior:
The coach is an evangelical, born again Christian.
The coach will regularly attend an evangelical, Christian church for spiritual growth.
The coach will adhere to Bayshore Christian School’s Faculty and Staff Handbook.
The coach is responsible for coaching, character development and providing direction to student athletes.
The coach is responsible for developing student athletes through thoughtful and respectful interactions.
The coach is expected to have positive interactions with student athletes, fellow coaches, staff, parents and community.
The coach will demonstrate positive communication strategies.
The coach exhibits organizational skills.

The coach is familiar with safety awareness.

Before/After School Care Coordinator

Direct Supervision:  
Dean of Administration

Scope of Work:
Ten-month position, Part-Time

Professional Behavior:
The coordinator is an evangelical, born again Christian.
The coordinator will regularly attend an evangelical church for spiritual growth.
The coordinator has a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred degree in early childhood/elementary education but not required.
The coordinator will be punctual and regular in attendance.
The coordinator will dress professionally.
The coordinator will exhibit professional and ethical attitudes toward the children, parents and coworkers.
The coordinator will meet deadlines and follow schedules.

Planning and Preparation
The coordinator will work with Dean of Administration to staff to fulfill ASC obligations.
The coordinator will keep open communication and evaluate ASC staff with Dean of Administration.
The coordinator will keep a schedule for all ASC employees, ensuring individuals are appropriately trained for specific age group, as well as create a system for late pickup and staffing.
The coordinator will choose age appropriate activities/enrichment for students - Soccer Shots, Bricks for Kids, Clubs, Martial Arts, Dance, Gymnastics
The coordinator will communicate with parents, students and staff.
The coordinator will organize billing for accounts payable.
The coordinator will be available school days from 2:00pm - 6:00pm with the availability to hire staff to close ASC as needed.

Substitute Teacher Positions
We have a general need for qualified substitute teachers for all grade levels. Once approved, we keep these applications on file with substitute positions filled on an as-needed basis.
