BCS 2020 Spring Gala - USO 40’s Flair

We are excited to provide you with some details about our annual spring gala. As you have heard, this year we will be bringing the gala back to South Tampa at the beautiful Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club. As soon as tickets go on sale, we will let our families know. We are expecting a higher attendance rate this year, and for that we feel blessed. We ask that you purchase your tickets once they go on sale as we will not be able to guarantee seating once we have sold out.

As our theme is USO: 40's Flair, it will be a dress-to-theme event, but not required. We will have military guests from MacDill Air Force Base in attendance. If you have someone in the Armed Forces you feel would be a great guest speaker for the evening, please contact Gigi Cooper. This evening will begin with the silent auction, followed by a sit-down dinner. During dinner, we will have a guest speaker, as well as recognize our donor of the year, a new addition to our annual spring gala. The night will also include dessert and live music.

Leading up to the gala, we have wonderful parent volunteers and staff that work hand in hand to ensure we secure the best items for our silent auction and that our night is a success. This truly takes a team. We are attaching both our gala letter and donor/sponsor form for you to share with anyone who may be interested in donating an item or becoming a sponsor. We have revamped our sponsor package to cover all the wonderful areas of BCS. Both forms, along with our tax-exempt form, are available on the Spring Gala page.
