Registration Information
Registration for Summer Camp Bayshore begins April 4 2011 (any forms sent prior to this date will be held for processing).
You may come to the BCS school office to register. It is easiest to download the forms from the BCS website and bring them in filled out. You may also mail your forms to Bayshore Christian School, attn: Justin Chapman. Please do not fax forms.
No registration forms or payment contracts will be processed without the non-refundable $35 per camper registration fee (please note that the registration fee increases to $50 per camper after June 1st).
You need to fill out entirely BOTH the registration form (2 pages) and payment contract (2 pages). We cannot process partially filled-out forms.
Once all your forms have been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided on the registration form. Your child will be accepted providing the registration forms and payment contracts are completed in full, the registration fees are paid, and the age group is not full (you will notified via email if any of these are the case).
