A Few Interesting Things...Upper School

Bayshore Christian School offers an academically rigorous college prep course. We offer AP and dual enrollment classes, as well as the regular honors classes.  No other private school, and only two public schools in Hillsborough County offer as many or more dual enrollment classes as Bayshore.  Classes are counted for high school and college credit, and many Bayshore graduates have been able to complete their degree requirements in less than four years as a result of these dual enrollment classes.

Ninety-nine percent of the graduates of Bayshore Christian School continue on to college.  Bayshore students routinely report that they were very well prepared for college, compared to other Hillsborough graduates. The Tampa Tribune reported that "more than half of those who enter Florida's community colleges and universities take remedial classes".

At Bayshore Christian School, a state-certified counselor guides families through the entire college application experience starting in 9th grade.
