New International Student Application Process

We invite new families to apply to Bayshore Christian School and have made the process easy to do! Detailed step by step directions are available in this printable version of our application process. There are four main steps in the application process:

  1. Select the "Online Application" button on the right side of this page.
  2. Follow directions to create a parent application account (Please understand that this must be completed by the parent, not an agent or the student).
  3. Complete all sections, including the non-refundable payment of the $300.00 application fee.
  4. Submit your application. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you provide.

Please note that Bayshore Christian School does not provide home-stay assistance for its students.

Application Deadlines

  • The deadline for submitting your online application is on May 1 if you wish to begin attending Bayshore Christian School during the fall term (August).
  • The deadline for submitting your online application is on October 1 if you wish to begin attending Bayshore Christian School during the spring term (January).

Required Documents

Required documents/steps to be e-mailed or completed as soon as possible after submitting your application are listed below. You may send this information to our admissions counselor, Mrs. Cathy Cavignac via e-mail.

  • Clear, visible copy of your passport.
  • Report cards, schedules, and applicable testing information. Please also include any additional information relating to a student’s learning needs/accommodations (if applicable).
  • Notarized bank letter (notarized within same bank institution) stating that $21,000 USD is available in the parent's account.
  • Provide student Skype name for the required video interview.
