Current Families Re-Enrollment

Re-enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year is now open! Our motto is "Once a Faith Warrior, Always a Faith Warrior," so there is no need for our current families to complete a new application for re-enrollment. Please follow these easy steps for 2017-2018 re-enrollment:

  • Login to ParentsWeb, District Code: BAY-FL
  • Click on "Family Information", then "Enrollment/Re-enrollment"
  • Complete/confirm/update information per the "Updated Terms of Contract, 2017-2018" (Look for the green checkmarks and yellow symbols that need more attention.)
  • When directed to FACTS, click on the "Set Up a Payment Plan" link. Create a FACTS account and choose a payment plan:
    • One payment on/around June 3, 2017
      • $20 FACTS enrollment fee
    • Two payments on/around June 3, 2017, and January 3, 2018
      • $20 FACTS enrollment fee
    • Four payments on/around June 3, 2017; October 3, 2017; January 3, 2018; and April 3, 2018
      • $46.00 FACTS enrollment fee
    • Ten payments* on/around 18th of each month (August 2017-May 2018)
      • $46.00 FACTS enrollment fee
      • Twelve payments* on/around 18th of each month (June 2017-May 2018)
        • $46.00 FACTS enrollment fee
      • When directed back to RenWeb, finish the last steps and submit. You will receive an e-mail notification once the re-enrollment is properly submitted to BCS.

      *5% account service fee is assessed for 10 and 12 month payment plans (5% of tuition rate)
